Edward Colver MBE MBA


Edward has a distinguished military background, having commanded at Company and Platoon levels, interspersed with a variety of high level technical and program management roles. In 2003, he became the youngest ever Major in the British Army aged 30 and he was then appointed as a Member of the British Empire for his leadership on the frontline in Afghanistan. 

Since leaving the British Army, Edward has been putting his incredible leadership skills to great use, whilst still being able to follow his passion for supporting ex-Forces people transition into work. He formed Milifix Ltd, a company providing handyman, cleaning and decorating services across a wide range of sectors including construction, utilising the skills and experience of ex-Forces personnel wherever possible.

Mark Harding

European Managing Director

Mark has held senior roles across four FTSE 100 companies, with extensive experience in the IT and technology domain spanning 20 years. He has also developed and managed five UK businesses and has provided consultation and coaching to high growth businesses through huge digital transformation projects.

Leveraging his exceptional technology expertise, Mark has been able to develop innovative digital solutions across all services provided by Contrac FM, ensuring the latest systems and software are running behind the scenes to deliver the highest quality of services.

From the highest level of security surveillance, to using data more intelligently, Mark’s expertise has enabled companies to drive significant cost savings and drive profit generating efficiencies.

With 15+ years of commercial and account management of Blue Chip companies, Wayne’s specialism in SaaS, IaaS-Baas and Cloud environments has driven large scale success throughout his senior level roles. Wayne’s dedication and expertise to maximise client satisfaction lies at the centre of his work ethos, which he has embedded into the Contrac FM business strategies.

Wayne enjoys the challenge of working with new clients to develop a 100% bespoke facilities management service that delivers each individual client’s key objectives. Through strong relationship management, Wayne ensures continual improvement in the services provided.
